About me
Hey there, this is Tim, 34 in Amelia (close to Cincinnati) Ohio.
I've been writing lyrics and music, mostly country cross over, for
past 17 years. Would enjoy getting to watch a professional group do
a few of my tunes. But until that happens, just going to lay them out
here for the surfers to listen to.

What I'm interested in:
- Real Estate Rehab
Have bought a few "sheriff sales" properties,
fixed them up, and so far, have come close to doubling
my money on each of them. You just have to do your homework
first (looking up comps, checking the neighborhood) well in advance.
Don't pay to find out about them, drop a line, I'll tell you the steps
you need to take.
- Sports Rocketry
Ever since I was a little one, have enjoyed building model rockets
and sending them up, although I usually didn't have much luck seeing
where they came back down... Just getting into sports - HUGE rockets, big
engines... 6 ft + models Not loosing to many of these.
- Pyrotechnics
Kind of going hand in hand with the sports rocketry,
am brushing up on my chemistry and starting to make my
very own engines at home. Since I'm already reading the book,
I'm planning on making my own fireworks for the next 4th of July.
SkyRockets, 4ft Roman Candles, Shells, Mortars, REAL M-80's (you
remember them ??) and Maroons! (That's the "bang" part of fireworks)
